Day 3 with CPAP

Well 8 hours of solid as a rock sleep ... However I am gritting my teeth so hard that my front teeth ache when I wake up. You see the pressure forces my to keep my mouth closed when I sleep and I may be over compensating by keeping it very tightly closed.

I may be need to make a dental appliance to keep my teeth from grinding away, and to place more pressure on my molars which will better take the pressure.

The good news is I feel great, really really great. I can't believe how sleep deprived I was. It goes to show that bad things slip up on a person very slowly and it is important to pay attention and to document changes. I actually find writing this blog somewhat satisfying and therapeutic.

I know that I have taken years off my life by depriving myself of restful and healing sleep for such a long time. I also know that the quality of my life

My theme song for losing weight!

Hello Thanks for visiting my body transformation blog. I am creating this blog on February 22nd, 2006. I am now 50 years old and generally have been blessed with a wonderful life. I have been an entrepreneur all of my life. I have created and operated many businesses over the last 30 years. I have been blessed with generally good health, in the sense that I have not had to fight any serious diseases, however I have fought with being overweight all of my life. I have dieted and exercised before with varying degrees of success. The hardest part is making a life style change which a person can live with. I hope by documenting my trials and tribulations, I can help others to take that difficult 1st few steps in getting the health and well being they seek.
